Quality policy
The intent and goal of the company SPO spol. s r.o. is to meet customer requirements by manufacturing according to the provided documentation, ensuring that their demands and expectations are fulfilled. This goal is achieved through the consistent application of the quality management system, preventive measures, and continuous improvement of all company activities.
Certificate of Supplier Eligibility
Manufacture of precision-cast steel castings, including machining (excluding repair welding), for railway rolling stock according to applicable documentation.
ISO 9001 Certification - Quality Assurance and Compliance with Deadlines
Our company places the highest emphasis on quality, meeting deadlines, and customer satisfaction. We also annually verify compliance with the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard as support for process management in the foundry.
3D measurement and spectrometer
- For 3D measurements, we use the Mitutoyo Crysta Plus M 544.
- For the analysis of the chemical composition of the material, we use our own spectrometer – Spectromaxx F6.
- The hardness of castings after heat treatment is measured using a Hardness Tester.
